In December 2022, we took part in a training seminar with Master Me Up, and drew up a strategic roadmap for the company’s growth. This exercise allowed us to focus on each of our teams, ensuring that each department was optimally equipped with the right people in pursuit of common goals.
The new team selection process has resulted in a cohesive and highly capable group. Every member brings not only individual expertise but also an understanding of collaborative synergy; they’re always ready to go the extra mile. As a company specialized inholiday rental property management, we serve two key clients: homeowners with rental properties in the vibrant city of Barcelona and guests looking for premium rental apartments, whether for a short stay or an extended period of time. The first group aims to maximize their real estate investments, while the latter seeks first-rate accommodation.
