Celebrating 20 years in the short-term rental management sector, Lodging Management has navigated a challenging and evolving industry. Founded in 2004, we ventured into a field that was then relatively unknown. Through determination and resilience, we have successfully professionalised our services for both property owners and tenants while maintaining a personal touch.
Our anniversary celebration captured the warmth and family atmosphere that characterise our company. Held on the 23rd floor of the Colón building, the event brought together 140 guests, including suppliers, owners, and staff, for an occasion filled with familiarity and fun. The stunning views of Barcelona, which are central to our project’s mission, offered a fitting backdrop to reflect on our journey, celebrate our successes, and anticipate future challenges.
Since our founders, Ezequiel Vallejo and Hebe Ruesjas Araoz, began their mission to simplify the holiday rental experience for homeowners, Barcelona has undergone rapid transformation. Adapting to these changes and meeting the evolving needs of our clients has required both enthusiasm and versatility.
Initially focused on guest services and marketing for licensed property owners, our portfolio of short-term rental management apartments now includes both daily and monthly rental flats. Over the past two decades, our commitment to meticulous property care, dedicated support for owners and tenants, and exclusive services from trusted suppliers has remained unwavering.
